You've probably met charismatic people before—maybe you've even envied them. But did you know that charisma is a skill that can be learned? In this highly practical workshop, you’ll have the chance to "train" yourself, discover how others perceive you at first glance, and learn techniques to improve your first impression.
You only get one shot at making a first impression, and the stakes are high. This is the moment when a potential client decides whether to trust you, whether you get the job, or whether your date says yes. And yet, first impressions are often formed instinctively, based on subtle external cues that we’re not even aware of.
No matter how intelligent, skilled, or valuable you are as a person, you may be unintentionally sending signals that make others see you as unapproachable or off-putting. Is this unfair? Yes. But it’s still reality. The good news is that research has identified clear, objective components of charisma—and anyone can learn how to present themselves in a way that naturally draws others in.
What we’ll cover:
✅ What do people pay attention to when forming a first impression?
✅ Which traits do we judge accurately, and which do we misjudge?
✅ What makes someone charismatic?
✅ What types of charisma exist?
✅ What are the so-called "charisma killers"?
✅ How can you become more charismatic while staying true to yourself?
With minimal theory and plenty of hands-on exercises, this workshop is designed to help you experience and internalize these skills firsthand—because we believe that the best way to learn is by doing.
