We are at the wake of the passed, on the border of life and death. Suddenly everything starts moving in a surreal way, the waiter, the teacup and the Russian aristocracy start dancing to strange music. Meanwhile the train is not stopping. By the end, the audience will become part of Anna Karenina’s story, which ends more tragically than one would’ve thought.

The performance is the authentic blend of music, comedy and object animation on an enchanted table. A playful musical journey in to the soul of Russian music, with six performers, six voices, an accordion, a trumpet, a violin, a cello and a bass. Music and theatre, singing and dancing, the metamorphosis of gesture and movement, a romantic tragedy with one main character, for everyone with themselves.
