At the end of April, the A38 Ship will once again be wrapped in dense, vibrating darkness as the band She Past Away returns to Budapest. The duo already enchanted the A38 audience in September of 2023, and now they are coming back to pull us even deeper into their own hypnotic world.

The band has been shaping the contemporary face of dark wave and post punk for more than a decade: cold mechanical pulses, razor sharp guitars, timelessly dark melodies, and minimalist, ominous Turkish lyrics. Their shows are considered cult events worldwide. This night will be a return, a renewed voyage, and an intimate encounter with the beauty of darkness.

The pulsing rhythms and the sense of yearning will bind everything and everyone together, as if the ship itself were drifting into a mysterious, nocturnal abyss.
