📍 NEW LOCATION! 🌿

Join us for a Participatory Nature Walk along the Jane Goodall Nature Trail 🍃

Inspired by her lifelong dedication to nature conservation and her role as a symbol of female empowerment, we’ll step outside and tune into these qualities ourselves — perhaps on a breezy meadow, surrounded by soft afternoon light.

Who knows what we might come across… a ground squirrel, a blooming Radnor lily, or the scent of thyme guiding us into a deeper connection with nature. 🌸 If hearing David Attenborough speak about our office sparked a desire to (re)connect with nature, this is your moment to step outdoors and experience it first-hand.

Prepare for a cosy meadow walk in the Buda Hills with Zsuzsanna Kray – Bridging People, Planet and Projects.

We invite you to a participatory, nature-connecting walk as a relaxing Thursday afternoon activity. We use an experience-based participatory method, including both a shift in perspective and suggested mindfulness practices. We also place significant emphasis on individual and group sharing.

As usual for these walks, expect a calm route of a few kilometres with little elevation and many stops, consciously slowing down. Bring your openness, curiosity, good humour, and presence.

Stuff:

Enough water is essential, and if you get hungry easily, a sandwich or muesli bar will come in handy. Bring something to sit on (a towel works perfectly). Please check the weather in advance and bring an extra layer — natural spaces often feel cooler.

Let’s connect with nature, in great company, and with good vibes. 🌱

Suggested departure from KAPTÁR: 4:00 PM

The walk will only be cancelled in dangerous weather conditions, so please come prepared with appropriate outdoor clothing. Comfortable trainers or light boots are recommended.

The event is for adults and human beings.
