NOW WHAT?
Hungary made history. What might still stand in the way of real change?
Hungary is going through one of its most significant political shifts in years. Whatever you hoped for, this workshop is about what real change actually requires, and what might still stand in the way.
Using Adaptive Leadership - a framework used by leaders navigating complex change worldwide - we'll explore one distinction that changes how you see everything: the difference between technical change, where the right decisions are enough, and adaptive change, where something deeper has to shift. In people, in institutions, in culture.
Political change can happen overnight. Adaptive change takes longer and runs up against forces that no election result automatically removes.
What you'll walk away with:
- A working understanding of Adaptive Leadership - rigorous, practical, and rarely available outside high-end leadership programs
- The ability to distinguish technical from adaptive challenges - and understand why that distinction matters right now
- Tools to diagnose change in any system you're part of, and a clearer view of what it takes to make change last
This kind of moment comes once in a generation. If the question of what real change requires is alive for you - this is the right room.
