Michal Levy is a Leadership Development and Organizational Development consultant with 15 years of experience working across more than ten countries, in sectors ranging from corporate to government, non-profit, and international development. She has designed and delivered leadership programs for global organizations and coached in Harvard Executive Education programs. An ACC-certified coach, Michal specializes in Adaptive Leadership and Immunity to Change - two of the most rigorous frameworks for diagnosing why change stalls and what it actually takes to move forward.
