Smart, motivated people fail to make change all the time. Not because they
lack commitment. Because they're working against a force they haven't
identified yet.
Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey - Harvard researchers who spent forty years
studying why change efforts stall - found that beneath every stuck goal,
there's a hidden set of competing commitments. They're not irrational. They're
doing a job. And until you map them, they run the show.
In this two-hour workshop, you'll build your personal Immunity to Change
map, a diagnostic tool that pinpoints exactly what's working against your
intentions, and why. Sharp, structured, and immediately applicable to your
work and leadership.
What you'll walk away with:
Your personal Immunity to Change map - a tool you'll use well beyond
this session
A diagnostic lens for understanding why change efforts stall - in
yourself and in the people you lead
Clarity on what's actually blocking the goal you haven't moved yet
A beginning of a concrete next step forward
Used in executive development programs and business schools worldwide,
this is a rare chance to work with it in a small, live setting.
