On March 8, International Women's Day, at 4 p.m., we are organizing a charity drag show at Vörös Neon to raise awareness about violence against women. During the evening, in addition to the attention-grabbing drag show, several women will speak to draw attention to a serious social problem.

According to NANE surveys, Hungary has the highest rate of violence against women in the European Union. It is everyone's fundamental human right to live a life free from abuse—there is no excuse for violence. This is the belief of all drag performers in Hungary, which is why our female drag performers have joined forces with the largest Hungarian drag companies and freelancers to represent themselves and show solidarity with the victims.
