A wine tasting jointly organised by SAZÜ Winery (Mindszentkálla) and the CEWI (Central European Wine Institute) presents the northern shore of Lake Balaton from a different angle: participants can taste full-bodied, complex yet fruity red wines from the wine regions along Balaton's northern shore, with the following wineries taking part:

2 Ha, Dobosi, Figula, Fodorvin, Illés Anita, Jásdi, Kecze – Hady, Martinus, Pálffy, Petrányi, SAZÜ, Söptei, Villa Gyetvai, Villa Tolnay, Zelna

The event takes place on Saturday, 19 September 2026, across two venues. The Borbusz (46° Balaton Borbusz) departs from Balatonfüred, Vitorlás tér, at 11:00 AM and takes guests to the SAZÜ Estate in Mindszentkálla. The open-air tasting is held on the rooftop terraces of the estate's apartment buildings, featuring wineries from the Badacsony and Balaton-felvidék wine regions. The wines are presented in person by representatives of the wineries, with András Horkay, founder of the CEWI, giving a professional overview of the wine regions. The wines are accompanied by cold canapés made from local products.

In the afternoon, the Borbusz returns to Balatonfüred, where guests have a short free programme before continuing the tasting at 5:00 PM at the Villa Gyetvai manor. Here, wineries of the Balatonfüred–Csopak wine region present their red wines, again with the wineries' own representatives. The tasting closes with a one-course dinner and dessert at the Villa Gyetvai restaurant.

At the event, guests can taste wines from a total of 15 wineries — approximately 30 wines in total — with a maximum of 40 participants. The ticket price is 37,500 Ft, which includes the bus transfer, both tastings, the cold canapés, and the dinner.
