APPARAT announces new album „A Hum Of Maybe“ and tour

Berlin-based musician, producer and composer Apparat brings his new album “A Hum Of Maybe” to Dürer Kert, Budapest on April 9.

The sixth studio record follows the acclaimed LP5 and was created after a long creative reset, when Apparat challenged himself to write a new musical idea every day. The result is a deeply personal collection of songs exploring uncertainty, love and the space between clear answers — a delicate “hum of maybe”.

Meticulously crafted yet unpredictable, the album blends electronic production with classical sensibilities and will be performed live with Apparat’s long-time collaborators.

Support: Bi Disc

Opening the night is Bi Disc, the solo project of Berlin / Rome–based musician Jan-Philipp Lorenz, who also collaborated with Apparat on the track “Pieces, Falling” from the new album. As a touring musician, songwriter and producer, Lorenz has worked with projects including Abby, Gheist and Feeling Valencia. His debut record features collaborations with Philipp Thimm (Apparat), Moritz Baumgärtner (Matthew Herbert) and mix engineer Olaf Opal (The Notwist).

Experience A Hum Of Maybe live in Budapest on April 9.
